In addition to issuing owners and lenders policies for insurable ownership in northeast Missouri we also help to cure any defects with the title to real estate, provide real estate closing and escrow services, and account for and transfer the transaction funds. We maintain a plant of title records dating back to 1853 through our subsidiary, Marion County Abstract Company. The principal counties which we cover are: Marion, Ralls, Monroe, Pike, Shelby, Lewis, and Clark. Title insurance is generally accepted as the most efficient means of determining title to, and the priority of interest in, real estate in nearly all parts of the United States.
